For those that are interested, this site is virtually hand-coded. The pages are structured using strict XHTML and separate CSS files are used to format the contents. Hopefully they validate!
Two intelligent editors are used - TSW Webcoder (Tanggaard Software) for HTML coding and Style Master (WestCiv) for CSS coding. The three column layout is derived from a template provided by WestCiv.
A little bit of PHP is used to load the left and right hand columns and auto-update the "last updated" date.
